The Association runs drop-in Advice Sessions from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm, Monday to Friday, where an experienced professional advisor will advise on problems in areas such as immigration, housing, welfare benefits, and education. The advisor is readily available to further assist clients with filling out forms, provide information about other services or aid clients with their integration into the British community.

A Dari and/or Pashto speaker is usually available. All clients are protected by our confidentiality policy.

For the benefit of our clients, a referral system has been set up, as well as an up-to-date database of service providers. Agencies and service providers often contact us to interpret for their clients over the phone.
